MEET THE FOUNDER
Ellington F. Levy – President & CEO
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Ellington moved to Arizona at the age of 19 with his widowed mother to begin a new chapter in life. Early on, he met a mentor who shaped his journey—teaching him about business, sales, leadership, fatherhood, and faith. Under this mentorship, Ellington began building businesses and honing his skills in operations and development.
One pivotal role was serving as an assistant to launch and grow a nonprofit program that recruited young men of color to become literacy tutors for Pre-K students across Mesa, Glendale, and Phoenix. The program served more than 3,000 students, boosted literacy rates by 300%, and within three years became a $2 million initiative. Fueled by a passion for helping others and guided by faith, Ellington launched EFL LLC to provide executive-level support and business development services to entrepreneurs and leaders nationwide.

Outside of work, Ellington enjoys fine whiskeys, a good cigar, and discovering the best steakhouses—Steak 44 being a personal favorite.
